Consulting History

In 2012 I was hired to help perform a Yellowstone River Pipeline Risk Assessment following the ExxonMobil Silvertip oil spill in Billings in 2011. My work included assessing the general risk of lateral and vertical channel movement at 21 sites where pipelines crossed or intersected the Channel Migration Zone of the Yellowstone River. Sites were assigned a preliminary relative risk category, and then I worked with engineers to quantify scour potential at several of the high risk sites.

Potential Conflicts of Interest

I have not performed any direct work for the energy pipeline industry to date (as of June, 2015). I do not anticipate any contracts with the industry in the future.
