Clayton Bodell

Clayton joined the Pipeline Safety Trust in May 2025 as the Technical Director. Previously, Clayton worked in the energy and pipeline industry for several pipeline operators and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. Clayton brings broad pipeline safety experience to the Pipeline Safety Trust and is committed to improving safety outcomes for the public and the industry.
Clayton studied at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering.
In his free time, Clayton enjoys spending time with his family.
