Pipeline safety incident rate doubled in past decade.

By Amber Hildebrandt, CBC News (Oct 28,2013) – “Carl Weimer, executive director of U.S. advocacy group Pipeline Safety Trust, says each small leak may not be significant on its own, but taken together they provide a better picture when looking at safety trends. ‘It shows how carefully they are taking care of the pipelines,’ said Weimer.”
