Rover Pipeline Proposal (formerly ET Rover)
This page holds documents regarding the proposed ET Rover pipeline. At this time all of these documents are directly from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission website. It can be accessed here (search in the eLibrary for docket PF14-14; which changed to docket CP15-93 on Feb 23, 2015). It is not a particularly user friendly website which is why we tracked down these files to make them more accessible to the public. Please be aware there may be more up-to-date documents available through FERC; feel free to contact us if you are unsure.
